United MileagePlus Credit Card
United credit cards are a staple in my wallet. I have both the United Explorer MileagePlus and United Business Mileage Plus credit cards. The Explorer card is a personal card, while the business card is for my law office. There are also other options besides these two, with a host of other benefits with them. I appreciate the ability to earn United Airlines miles with every purchase, the free United Club passes annually, and free checked bags with these cards.
Travel/Trip/Dive Insurance
My husband and I buy our travel and dive insurance through DAN. We submitted a claim for trip interruption when a liveaboard boat was broken causing it to not be able to leave the dock, and the reimbursement was quick and easy. My husband also had some belongings stolen out of a rental car, and they were great for him to work with. We also have had friends who were in a scooter accident on a trip, and who had a PFO that caused decompression sickness. DAN was wonderful for these folks as well. So I recommend them based on price and based on their service to customers.

The photo and text links in each of my book posts are to Amazon. Amazon and Audible are where I primarily buy my new books. I buy used books from local bookstores and from Friends of the Library sales.
